Howard F. Bracco, Ph.D. has been the President/Chief Executive Officer of Seven Counties Services, Inc., for 20 years. Seven Counties Services, Inc. is a community behavioral healthcare center in Louisville, Kentucky which serves in excess of 25,000 persons annually. He has served as the Chair of the Board of the Mental Health Corporations of America, and as a member of the MHCA Executive, Finance and Outcomes committees. He is a member of the Kentucky and National Association of Mental Health Administrators. He serves on the JCAHO Mental Health Professional and Technical Advisory Committee, and is chair of the board of Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.
