Gilbert Aliber
Gilbert D. Aliber (Retired) was the  President/CEO of Rutland Mental Health Services (VT) from 1973 through 1996. RMHS is a comprehensive behavioral health care center focusing on the needs of persons with mental health, substance abuse, child and family issues, plus providing comprehensive services to those persons recognized a developmentally disabled. Its budget was approximately $13 million, employing about 400 persons. 

Prior to this he was administrative Director of Concord Area Mental Health (MA). 

Mr. Aliber attended Northfield Mount Hermon Schools ('51), Amherst College ('55), and did his graduate studies at Boston University ('70). He served on the Board of the National Counsel of Behavioral Health Centers, the Mental Health Corporation of America, and various local and regional boards. Currently he is the Chairman of the Mental Health Risk Retention Group.
