Dale E. Shreve
Dale Shreve is the CEO of Harbor
Behavioral Healthcare
headquartered
in Toledo, Ohio.Harbor Behavioral Healthcare,
through its multiple locations in NW Ohio and its
multidisciplinary professional staff, annually serves over
15,000 individuals (early childhood – elderly). Harbor
specializes in behavioral healthcare services to children and
their families, recovery and employment services for chronic
adults, as well as services to individuals with private insurance
and business and industry (wellness, employee assistance,
and training). Harbor Behavioral Healthcare is the largest provider of child
and adolescent psychiatric and developmental pediatric
services in the region. And, Harbor’s wellness and employee assistance
program, Symmetry Wellness, is the region’s largest local Wellness/EAP
provider. Vocational rehabilitation services for youth and adults is one of
Harbor’s current, fastest growing service areas.
Dale is actively involved in Mental
Health, Parenting / Early Childhood, Economic Development and Workforce
Development initiatives.
In addition to the Mental Health Risk
Retention Group, Dale is on the Board of Mental Healthcare America (MHA);
Toledo Area Small Business Association (TASBA); Lucas County Workforce
Investment Board (WIB); Lucas County Family Council and The Harbor
Foundation. Dale is active in MHCA (Mental Health Corporations of America)
and is a member of the Ohio Council of Behavioral Healthcare Providers.
Shreve obtained his Bachelors Degree at
Michigan State University and his Masters Degree from the University of
Michigan. Prior to being selected as Harbor Behavioral Healthcare’s CEO,
Dale served as the organization’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating
Officer.
