About the Author
Ronald K. Zimmet, J.D., is the general counsel to MHRRG, Inc., Mental Health Corporations of America, Inc, MHCA Enterprises, Inc., and Mental Healthcare America, Inc. He is a member of the Florida Bar and its Health Law Section. He maintains a litigation practice and defends mental health and chemical dependency care organizations when liability claims are made against them. He has lectured at seminars for mental health organizations and is the principal speaker in MHRRG's Loss Prevention videotapes.
